With striking long, red hair and the clothes of a nobleman, Diluc’s attitude is as regal and rough as they come. After his father’s untimely demise, he inherited the family business of the Dawn Winery, essentially putting him in charge of Mondstadt’s lucrative wine industry. His vast wealth, paired with the unofficial eyes and ears his control over the city’s watering holes affords, causes many to see the young man as the unofficial king of Mondstadt.

When he’s not watching over his business, he protects the city under the guise of the Darknight Hero. Since his father’s passing, his personality is said to have become “distant” and “bitter”, though as his alter-ego suggests, the passion he holds for his home burns bright.
Diluc is a 5-star character only available in the Standard Banner. He's also one of the characters that can appear in the character banner if you fail your 50/50 pity.
Combat Details
Diluc is a heavy-hitting damage dealer with a unique three-hit Elemental Skill that can be saved to weave between his Normal Attacks - something that comes as part of his design with his final Constellation unlock. Many of Diluc’s upgrades increase his damage output, making him more potent as the fight goes on.
He even unlocks the ability to deal increased damage to enemies with HP above 50%. By pairing him with another Pyro user like Xiangling, Klee, or Bennett, the 25% ATK Bonus of Elemental Resonance can drastically increase his already impressive potential on the battlefield.
Diluc's Talents and Skill Priorities
Diluc's damage comes mostly from his normal attacks and elemental skill. Thus, his skill priorities should be:

Diluc's Constellations

Diluc's constellations increase his overall damage which makes him one of the best damage dealers in Genshin Impact. Constellations to look out for are C1, C2, and C6.

Diluc is a heavy-hitting Claymore user designed to hit hard and not necessarily fast. That being said, his Elemental Skill allows him to strike harder and faster than many other early Claymore users, making him a great all-round damage dealer than can comfortably sit at the front of your team backed up with an Electro user to get the most out of his constant Burning and Pyro affliction.
Best Weapons for Diluc
Of course, Diluc's signature weapon: Wolf's Gravestone, is the best for him. Aside from that, Serpent Spine is a nice substitute as well as Prototype Archaic.

Best Artifacts for Diluc
For artifacts, it's going to be Crimson Witch of Flames. The artifact is just tailor-made for him. For main stats, look out for Elemental Mastery/ATK Sands, Pyro DMG% Goblet, Crit Rate/Crit Damage Circlet depending on your crit.
Elemental Mastery Sands is a worthy investment if the majority of your damage comes from elemental reactions.
