I.E: If you purchase an item for $100, the actual item cost will be $116 if paid by credit card. If paid by cash or cashier’s check the total will be $114with the 2% discount.

Credit cards will be charged at the end of the auction unless otherwise specified. You must have available balance on your credit card for your online purchases. At the conclusion of the auction you will be sent an email with a total of the items you won.

Removal Times / Failure to Remove

All items purchased on the regular online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 7 days from the auction date. All the regularly scheduled online auction items are located here at our warehouse at: 1503 N Main St, Crown Point IN 46307. Any items not paid for AND picked up will be relisted regardless of payment made. Any items relisted are subject to a 30% liquidated damages fee!

If for any reason the buyer fails to remove any purchases within the time specified, the Auction Co. shall have the right but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to resell, discard or remove and store said purchase at the buyers sole risk and expense (storage costs will be charged - per day - per item - other costs additional), without waiving any rights that Auction Co. or seller may have against buyer. Storage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer (after removal period.) If the purchases have not been removed within the 7day time period, these items will be considered abandoned and the Auction Co. reserves the right to relist/resell any and all those items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is paid in full but not removed completely from auction location within 7days of auction.

The non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $25.00 charge) will be applied when invoices are not paid in full within 7 days of auction date. Note that the purchase price is the sum of the bid price, buyer’s premium, buyer's fee, and sales tax if applicable. At which time, all items are considered to be abandoned &/or forfeited to the Auction Co. Auction Co. reserves the right to relist/resell any and all items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is not paid in full and removed completely from auction location within 7 days of auction. We do not accept partial payments. Invoices must be paid in full. All payments must be in U.S. Funds.

Posted Closing Times
Posted closing times and displays of Auction Co.'s current time are approximate. Auction Co. reserves the right to close early or extend auctions at any time at its discretion. It is strongly recommended that bids be placed early to avoid losing out due to an ill-timed, last minute bid. All times based on Central Standard Time. Dynamic bidding - The dynamic bid on this website is a feature that does NOT allow an item to sell at the end of the auction until there is 5 minutes of bidding inactivity. Example - An item is bid on at 7:55pm. An auction is scheduled to close at 8:00pm. When this bid is placed the ending time will automatically extend to 8:05pm. When another bid is placed at 8:01 the auction will extend until 8:10pm. This will give bidder 9 minutes to place another bid. If no bids are placed this auction will conclude at 8:10pm. The key to your dynamic bidding feature is that the auction extends from the preset closing time in 5 minute intervals, NOT 5 minutes from when you placed your bid.

Forklift & Loading Dock
Due to liability, we will not load any items into a customer’s vehicle. We will however get the items to your vehicle. We do not have a loading dock available.

Clean Up and Garbage Left After

Please Do NOT leave your empty boxes or any packing. It is Your responsibility to take them with you and dispose of them. There will be a $20.00 fee Assessed to your account for any garbage left behind
